CONTRACT | Deposition Prep Paralegal

Lawyers on Demand, a Consilio Company , is urgently seeking 1-2 paralegal for a deposition preparation project. Must have depo prep and paralegal experience.

Logistics : Hourly Pay : $40

Location : New York City,  fully on site

Daily Hours :   Monday-Friday 2PM-10PM  or 3PM-11PM.  Weekends : 10AM-8PM

Duration :   through mid-November

Responsibilities / Qualifications :

Assisting attorneys with deposition preparation.

Experience with  Relativity , preparing electronic and hardcopy binders, and preparing electronic (basically e-binders) and hardcopy deposition sets.

Ability to adequately communicate and coordinate with printing vendors, and be available for any last-minute print jobs if things come up without enough time to use a printing service.

Experience with  Excel  (the indices are on Excel) and  Adobe .
