Assistant Manager

Title : Assistant Manager

Schedule : Monday-Sunday

Specific location : Stevens Point, WI

Pay rate : Up to $18 per hour!

Preferences : High school diploma, Food safety manager certification, Restaurant manager certification and fast-food experience

Requirements : Positive attitude, react with the customers best interest in mind, read and write in the English language, basic math skills, and physical ability to stand, walk, and carry inventory up to 15 pounds

Specific job duties : Oversee daily operations, handle customer issues, balance cash register and vault, conducts employee performance reviews, participates in recruitment and dismissal processes, provides direction to staff, supervises all financial aspects of food cost and labor goals for the shift and measured periods, oversees payroll reporting, fill in for General Manager in times of absence, and help create and foster a respectful and inclusive team environment to meet Erbert and Gerbert's brand standards
