Starting Salaries of $50,000 - $63,000 (based on Bachelor / Masters degree and experience) + Monthly Bonuses adding an avg of $5,500 a year

Your Role

Provide in-home therapy using an internationally recognized,

evidence-based model

Conduct thorough assessments to understand youth and family dynamics and strengths

Engages primary caregivers & other key participants to create long-term positive change

Collaborate with schools, agencies, and community organizations

Participate in weekly team supervision, training, and treatment planning

What You Need

Master’s or Bachelor’s degree (with at least 2 yrs exp) in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field

Strong work ethic & initiative, passion for helping youth and families

Valid Driver’s License, Car Insurance, and Clearances (FBI, Act 33 & 34) (assistance provided)
