GEICO is seeking a highly skilled, motivated, and detail-oriented individual to serve as a Legal Initiatives & Project Coordinator in the Legal Department primarily to support operational initiatives. This position provides a broad range of project support and requires excellent communication and task management skills, as well as interacting confidentially with all levels of leadership.

Basic Qualifications :

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Experience in management consulting and / or within law departments or law firms is preferred.
• Must have strong technical skills, including MS Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to analyze metrics, using tools such as Tableau and / or Power BI strongly preferred.
• An individual that thrives in a fast-paced environment with high expectations, significantly diverse assignments, and works collaboratively with teams across all levels.
• Attention to detail and discretion are required as well as strong communication skills, good judgment, and sense of urgency.

Primary Responsibilities :

Location : Hybrid This individual must be able to work onsite 3 days per week out of our Chevy Chase, MD location.

Annual Salary $105,575.00 - $165,025.00. The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate / annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate's work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
