A company is looking for an Employee Experience Associate (Spring 2026).
Key Responsibilities
Conduct live, phone-based interviews with employees to capture insights on their experiences
Identify employee frustrations, motivations, and trends through exit, new hire, and stay interviews
Collaborate with the Talent Management Consulting team to uncover organizational insights
Required Qualifications
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree or similar four-year degree, preferably in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or Psychology
Typing rate of 50 WPM or more
Strong organizational skills and a customer-service orientation
Natural curiosity and enthusiasm for engaging with people
Bi-lingual abilities, especially in Spanish, are a plus
