Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with senior leaders to develop HR strategies aligned with business objectives
Provide employee relations guidance and support performance management initiatives
Partner with HR functions to deliver integrated programs and support organizational development
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources or equivalent discipline, or substantial related experience
5-8 years of progressive HR experience, including 3 years in an HR Business Partner role
Experience in diverse business functions or multi-site operations preferred
Background in high-growth or complex industries such as healthcare or technology preferred
Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or SPHR preferred
