Planning Data Analyst (TEMP)

Brixton is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join their Planning team. This role is critical to supporting their daily operations through accurate sales tracking, inventory management, reporting, and ad-hoc analysis. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to work independently while supporting cross-functional teams.

This is a temporary role based out of California. This role will be based at our Carlsbad office, with an expectation of being onsite five days per week.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Daily Sales Management : review and manage sales data daily
• Inventory Data Maintenance : clean and reconcile inventory data on a weekly basis
• Weekly Reporting : build and distribute detailed weekly reports
• Excel Sheet Creation : develop and accurately maintain various Excel spreadsheets tailored to business needs
• Allocation Management : support product allocation processes
• Ad-Hoc Analysis : assist with ad hoc data analysis to support business decisions, trends, and insights

SALARY RANGE

The base pay for this position is between $38.00-$40.00 / hour. In accordance with applicable state laws, the range provided is Brixton's reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location.
