This role offers the chance to assist with the take over a retiring Partners significant book of business and make an immediate impact.

Key Responsibilities :

With a minimum of 3+ years of experience , you will focus on :

• Mergers and Acquisitions Handle complex transactions with precision.
• Secured Finance Transactions Structure and negotiate high-value deals.
• Contracts Draft, review, and manage a variety of business agreements.
• Business & Commercial Real Estate Provide expert legal counsel on property transactions.
• Business Formations Guide new businesses from inception to operation.
• General Business Practice Offer comprehensive legal support to diverse clients.
