POSITION SUMMARY

We want you to really own this role, have fun and make it your own. In return, we’ll support you and give the room to grow professionally and personally.

What you’ll do :

• Front desk reception; greeting visitors, ordering and keeping track of supplies, handling mail and accepting deliveries.
• Assist with various projects and tasks to support our busy office – you’re our right hand person when we need a little extra help with our day-to-day activities.
• Answering client calls in a courteous and professional manner
• Assisting with office visits, activities and events
