Principal Engineer - Time-Series Foundation Models
About Lorenz Labs
Lorenz Labs, ADI’s advanced AI research group, is chartered to pioneer the frontier of Physical Intelligence-developing foundation models and agentic systems that reason about the physical world. We are building the next generation of models that go beyond language and vision, into time, signals, and embodied experience.
About the Role
We are seeking a Principal Engineer in Time-Series Foundation Models to lead research and development of large-scale time-series AI models. This role will drive innovation similar to Archetype AI’s sensor-based foundation modeling, but with ADI’s unique advantage at the intersection of sensors, signals, and edge compute.
You will develop and scale models that unify temporal, spatial, and multimodal signals into foundation architectures for anomaly detection, forecasting, and reasoning across physical domains (e.g., industrial, energy, health, robotics). This position combines cutting-edge research, technical leadership, and cross-functional collaboration with ADI’s sensor, semiconductor, and systems teams.
