About This Position

We are seeking an experienced Project Architect to join our Roslindale office in Boston. The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of professional experience in architectural practice and be capable of managing the design and production of construction documents including construction administration on various project types. Affordable housing and public facility projects, including work with public agencies such as the MBTA, DCAMM, and MSBA is preferred but not required. Candidates will have the opportunity to contribute to project teams on a broad range of project types and scales; in a collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to a wide range of projects through all phases : feasibility, design development, construction documentation, and administration
• Collaborate closely with principals, colleagues, and consultants
• Manage and work with project teams on diverse project types
• Coordinate with other staff and consultants to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met
• Work with municipal clients and community members
• Write reports and make public presentations
• Project Manage, draft details / construction document sets / models in Revit
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative team environment
