Location : Richmond, VA (city + surrounding counties) Community / office / telehealth mix

Schedule : Full-time (some late afternoon / evening availability preferred)

About the Role

Were seeking a compassionate, outcomes-focused Outpatient Therapist to provide short-term individual and family counseling for youth and caregivers. This role is ideal for clinicians who love direct care now and want the option to expand into BSFT (Brief Strategic Family Therapy) and ICC (High-Fidelity Wraparound) with paid training and supervision.

What Youll Do (Outpatient Focus)

• Provide evidence-based outpatient therapy (CBT-oriented; brief, goal-driven) to youth and families.
• Complete intakes, treatment plans with measurable objectives, progress notes, and discharge summaries on time.
• Integrate practical skills : emotion regulation, communication coaching, problem-solving, and school / home routines.
• Coordinate care with schools, primary care, DSS / DJJ when relevant; provide concise updates as needed.
• Track outcomes (attendance, behavior incidents, caregiver reports) and adjust plans accordingly.
• Participate in supervision / consultation and contribute to a supportive team culture.
