The Opportunity

The Pharmacist Lab Manager is a licensed pharmacist responsible for day-to-day operations of our non-sterile compounding lab while also providing backup support for overall pharmacy management .

• 75–80% of your time : Overseeing compounding operations (hazardous & non-hazardous).
• 20–25% of your time : Supporting and stepping into pharmacy management when needed.

This role reports directly to the Pharmacy Manager and receives functional guidance from the Lead Lab Manager , who sets lab standards and best practices enterprise-wide. When the Pharmacy Manager is out, you will assume full responsibility for the pharmacy to ensure seamless operations.
