Job Summary / Company :

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for cradle to grave contracts administration including preparing and negotiating nondisclosure agreements, teaming agreements, and subcontract agreements in accordance to DCAA / DCMA requirements; reviewing prime contract requirements, special provisions, and terms and conditions to develop appropriate prime flow-downs; identifying proposal compliance elements and ensuring the requirements are adequately addressed, and conducting all pricing / quote requests and negotiations
• Working with various contracts such as, T&M, FFP, CPFF, IDIQ and BPAs
• Maintain contract files and other documentation to ensure compliance with Contracting Purchasing Systems Review (CPSR) requirements
