🚀 About The Paradigm Shifters (TPS)

We are building a next-generation public blockchain architecture powered by cutting-edge cryptography — including Zero-Knowledge Proof (ZKP) and witness encryption. By decoupling verification from computation, our protocol unlocks massive performance gains, modular flexibility, and privacy-preserving smart contract design.

Our modular chain is purpose-built for developers — designed to support advanced use cases in payments, AI agents, and beyond. Backed by pioneers in the blockchain space, including the Neo Foundation, a globally distributed team of blockchain pioneers, PhDs, cryptographers, and researchers / engineers. We're preparing for launch — and looking for our brand visionary.

🎯 The Role

Location : Remote (United States); Type : Full-time; Start Date : ASAP

We’re hiring a Consensus Engineer here in the US — a strategic builder and thinker who will help us design, launch, and scale our blockchain from zero. This is a rare opportunity to assist in working to architect a new blockchain platform. You’ll work cross-functionally with with our global teams including the executives, engineering, research, GTM, operations, marketing, and people teams between North America and Asia.

🛠️ What You'll Do...

  • Heavily engineering and applying existing consensus protocols
  • Collaborate with the global team build out next gen solutions
  • Optimize and develop existing systems based on new research insights.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in cryptography and blockchain technology.
  • Contribute to technical documentation and code reviews.

Requirements

✅ You Should Have

  • Preferably Ph.D. (will consider Bachelor’s based on experience) Degree in Computer Science, Cryptography, Information Security, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Consensus Engineer with strong programming skills
  • Preferably personal and professional understanding and / or experience with Consensus protocols
  • Prior experience in development at the Consensus layer projects or open-source cryptography contributions
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

  • Experience launching or growing a blockchain projects from zero
  • Written Content creation such as whitepapers, technical content, technical documentation, etc.
  • Strategic mindset with willingness to roll up sleeves — sole contributor to start
  • Bilingual : Mandarin / Chinese
