We’re building our team!! Skyland Ranch is now open, and We Want You! Come be a founding team member of the newest attraction in the Smokies and be a part of building the foundation of the most fun place to work! Sevier County’s newest attraction includes a chair lift, the area’s longest mountain coaster, amphitheater, food, shopping, mini-animals and more!

As a Café Service Associate, you will provide guests with assortments of baked goods, variety of coffees, drinks, and more! This is a fun and fast-paced position with plenty of opportunities to learn new skills and grow with us. As a member of our team, you will create delicious treats while serving smiles and joy to our customers. You will also operate the easy-to-use cashier system to take food and beverage orders. If you're passionate about providing top-notch customer service, and work in a dynamic environment, we want you!
