MEP Project Manager

We are seeking an APM, Project Manager, or Senior PM with a minimum of 3 years of experience managing HVAC and / or Plumbing commercial projects. The purpose of this position is to perform all pre-construction, and project management duties independently for assigned projects.

Required Qualifications / Skills :

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or similar
• 3+ years construction management
• Estimating experience is a plus
• Working knowledge & proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
