Henderson Engineers is looking to hire a Mechanical Technical Manager to join their Operation's Engineering team in Lenexa, KS. The Technical Manager is responsible for managing the execution of quality and efficiency strategies and policies related to the engineering work within the sector .

Required Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, science, or technology preferred. Relevant experience in leadership / management position will be considered in lieu of requisite education.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Eight (8) or greater years of relevant experience required .
• A minimum of two (2) years leadership / management experience, preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge in discipline of expertise and track record of technical excellence in such field.
• History of contributing to technically sound teams, as well as ability to motivate and coach others.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the technical needs of the industry and proven track record of quality monitoring,
• maintenance and improvement.
• Demonstrated ability to mobilize company technical strategies through project execution.
