Sales Development Representative
As an SDR, you will be responsible for identifying and creating interest within target accounts as outlined by Squint. You will need to understand their pain points, demonstrate the value of our solutions, and ultimately close deals. You will work in a dynamic start-up environment and collaborate with a highly motivated team to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect New Leads : Research and identify ideal customer profiles using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, and our CRM. Build and maintain accurate lists of target accounts.
Pipeline Generation : Consistently hit or exceed monthly quotas for qualified meetings and opportunities created. Take ownership of top-of-funnel metrics.
Multi-Channel Outreach : Execute outbound sequences through email, phone, LinkedIn, and social media. Craft personalized and compelling messaging that drives engagement.
Collaborate with Sales & Marketing : Partner with Account Executives to align on territory strategy, handoff processes, and opportunity prioritization. Work with marketing to convert MQLs into SQLs and give feedback on campaign quality.
Represent the Brand : Act as the first point of contact for potential customers. Deliver a thoughtful, articulate, and professional impression of our company and value proposition.
Maintain CRM Hygiene : Diligently log all outreach activity, contact data, and deal progression in our CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Ensure data is clean and up-to-date.
Qualifications
1-2 Years of sales experience in a Sales Development position or an AE position.
Proven technical ability either with sales tools or hacking on your own.
Self-motivation : A self-driven individual who can work independently and take the initiative to generate leads and drive sales.
Adaptability : Thrive in a dynamic start-up environment and be open to adapt to changes and challenges.
Strategic Thinking : Ability to understand client's needs, analyze data, and tailor solutions to address specific pain points.
This is a plus - Manufacturing Knowledge : Solid understanding of the Manufacturing space, specifically the training methods being used.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with potential clients and convey the value proposition of Squint's platform.
