This role provides hands-on support to IP counsel in managing U.S. patent prosecution matters, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail. It's a great opportunity for an experienced IP paralegal who enjoys a fast-paced, collaborative environment and wants to deepen their expertise in patent law.

What You'll Do as the Patent Prosecution Paralegal

• Support attorneys in preparing, filing, and prosecuting U.S. patent applications
• Monitor and manage patent portfolios, ensuring compliance with all prosecution deadlines
• Analyze documents and correspondence from the USPTO and provide actionable summaries
• Draft routine communications, including responses to office actions
• Conduct IP-related research and maintain organized, accurate records
• Provide general administrative and case support to attorneys and legal teams
