A company is looking for a Vice President of Sales Operations to lead the operational backbone of its global revenue engine.
Key Responsibilities
Own planning, forecasting, quota setting, and performance tracking processes aligned with business goals
Streamline workflows and enable sales teams with necessary tools and training for success
Design and administer competitive sales compensation programs and oversee deployment of sales personnel
Required Qualifications
Proven success in high-velocity, high-transaction environments, preferably in SaaS or tech sectors
Experience managing multiple deliverables with effective planning and resource management
Demonstrated ability to operate in a cross-functional environment to develop impactful solutions
Hands-on experience with Salesforce and / or similar CRM systems
Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, including conflict resolution
