Trueline's is seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to join their team in Newark, NJ, with projects across a 50-mile radius. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll guide crews on multiple active job sites, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

What You'll Do as the Concrete Foreman :

• Lead and supervise crews of 20+ workers across various concrete projects
• Work alongside your team on walls, forms, foundations, footers, slabs, sidewalks, masonry, and rebar installation
• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure precision and accuracy
• Plan and coordinate logistics, materials, tools, and equipment to keep projects on schedule
• Enforce safety protocols and quality standards on every site
• Communicate clearly with crews and company leadership to maintain project momentum
• Identify and solve on-site challenges to avoid delays or costly rework
