As a Digital Product Manager within the Enterprise Data team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of personalized customer experiences. This role bridges data, AI, and marketing technology to deliver adaptive, real-time engagement across digital platforms. You’ll lead initiatives that connect enterprise data with AI / ML capabilities, enabling predictive analytics, dynamic content delivery, and intelligent automation. Your work will directly influence customer satisfaction, loyalty, and business growth.
Lead the development of AI-driven personalization features across digital channels.
Define and execute product strategies that leverage enterprise data for real-time decisioning and content generation.
Collaborate with engineering, data science, and design teams to build scalable and secure personalization platforms.
Operationalize ML models for use cases such as customer intent prediction and dynamic content delivery.
Use experimentation and analytics to evaluate product performance and refine strategies.
Drive reporting and analytics capabilities for CRM and Retail Media Network products.
4+ years of experience in product management, ideally focused on data platforms, personalization, or AI / ML.
~ Strong understanding of machine learning models and their application in customer-facing products.
~ Proven track record of delivering data-driven solutions with measurable business impact.
~ Bachelor’s degree in a technical or quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics) or an MBA with a quantitative focus.
~ Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, and marketing.
