Base pay range

$75,000.00 / yr - $105,000.00 / yr

In this role, you\'ll be a key day-to-day client partner, media relations expert, and creative thinker across a portfolio of beauty and wellness brands ranging from indie disruptors to global names.

What You'll Do

• Drive media strategy and outreach across beauty, wellness, and lifestyle accounts
• Develop compelling story angles and secure top-tier press coverage in national consumer outlets
• Manage timelines, reporting, and daily client communications
• Support influencer and content strategy alongside social and digital teams
• Partner with account leaders on strategy development and campaign planning
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture
