Who You Are

You are an experienced Controller with a strong finance background who has a passion for business operations and management. You will play an integral role in helping multiple clients across different industries by providing in-depth financial and analytical guidance. You are a solutions-oriented problem solver who aims to provide the best client experience, enjoys leading a team, and operates with a high level of autonomy in a fast-paced environment.

Your experience encompasses :

• 6+ years of operational accounting / finance experience
• Managing a team as a people leader
• Overseeing full-cycle accounting for a growth stage or middle market company
• Delivering financial results, positions, and insights to executive leaders (C-Suite)
• Working knowledge of various accounting software and PEO services
• Experience with intercompany transactions and consolidating financial statements
• Experience with revenue recognition and inventory management as per GAAP standards
• Experience with multinational accounting and merger / acquisition, a plus
• Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
• Master's Degree, a plus
• CPA, a plus

Our clients vary from industry to size, and no two accounts are the same. However, our responsibility to provide sound financial services and operations support across the portfolio is a must. You will be helping define our clients' needs while building and managing a team.
