Invested Inc is hiring : Content & Creator Marketing Lead in Boca Raton

Overview Invested Inc. is seeking a Content & Creator Marketing Lead to elevate our influencer / creator strategy and power subscription growth for our apps and newsletters. We aim to help the 99% become smarter investors and grow their net worths through a flywheel of premium content, AI-powered data products, and brands reaching hundreds of thousands of readers weekly. We are scrappy, fast-moving, and building the next breakout media + subscription company in the investing space.

The Role

You will oversee, manage, and scale our creator and influencer marketing campaigns, focusing on two priorities :

Driving growth by working with creators who authentically connect with investors and audiences.

Collecting and optimizing creator content we can repurpose into high-performing ads and campaigns.

This role blends strategy, execution, and hustle. You’ll be in the weeds recruiting creators, tracking results, and reporting back on what’s working and what to test next.

What You’ll Do

Recruit & Manage Creators : Build a pipeline of influencers, creators, and publishers who fit our brand and audience.

Campaign Ownership : Oversee influencer / creator campaigns end-to-end — from outreach and negotiation to creative briefs and content approvals.

Content Engine : Collect, organize, and repurpose creator content for use in ads, landing pages, and newsletters.

Track & Report : Implement systems to measure ROI, conversions, and content performance.

Test & Optimize : Constantly experiment with new formats, partnerships, and platforms to maximize output and results.

What You Bring

Experience running creator or influencer campaigns (agency or in-house).

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple creators, campaigns, and deadlines at once.

A nose for good content and an eye for what converts.

Analytical mindset — track performance, report results, and optimize relentlessly.

Enthusiasm and hunger to grow a brand from underdog to leader.
