The Role
We're hiring a skilled Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition Team to help support the growth of our teams. In this role, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining our talent pipeline, managing recruitment processes from sourcing through placement. You'll work cross-functionally with hiring managers and senior recruiters to understand our talent needs and deliver candidates who align with our culture and values.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute progressive sourcing strategies across multiple channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, GitHub, industry-specific platforms, and direct outreach to passive candidates
- Use advanced sourcing tools and techniques to identify, research, and engage qualified candidates in competitive talent markets
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions, including job posting, pipeline development, candidate communication, and offer negotiation
- Experience sourcing and recruiting for entry to mid-level and above roles.
- Build and nurture relationships with both passive and active candidates to develop a strong bench of talent for current and future opportunities
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate records and recruitment metrics in our applicant tracking system
- Conduct preliminary interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and potential
- Coordinate scheduling for interviews and manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Contribute to improving our recruitment processes and employer brand
Required Qualifications
5+ years of recruiting experience, including sourcing, screening, and hiring in an agency environment (ideally PR agency experience)Demonstrated expertise with progressive sourcing techniques and experience running targeted recruiting campaignsProficiency with Greenhouse, or similar applicant tracking systemStrong experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and / or LinkedIn Sales Navigator for candidate sourcing and outreach.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managersAbility to manage multiple positions simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and strong organizational skillsSelf-motivated with strong analytical abilities to track and optimize recruiting metricsPreferred Qualifications
Experience with advanced sourcing tools beyond LinkedIn (e.g., HireEZ, GitHub, industry job boards, niche platforms)Familiarity with Public Relations and the roles within a communications firmWhat We're Looking For
