Business Systems Analyst

We are looking to add a Business Systems Analyst to join our Creative Risk Solutions team in Waukee, IA. This team member will be responsible for collaborating with business stakeholders to gather and document detailed business and functional requirements for new systems or enhancements. Acts as a liaison between IT and users, combining business and technical expertise to deliver optimal systems solutions. Identifies, documents, reports, and tracks system issues. Responsibilities :

• Support business units with technology needs and recommendations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to document detailed business requirements.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation throughout the project lifecycle, identifying areas for process improvement.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure correct implementation of requirements.
• Ensure consistent, accessible, secure, and reliable data across business systems.
• Serve as a liaison among business units, IT, and other stakeholders, facilitating meetings and feedback sessions.
• Support system change testing and validation to meet business requirements.
• Train and support end-users on new systems and processes.
• Mentor junior Business Systems Analysts.
• Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies.
• Develop disaster recovery plans and backup strategies.
