What an Entry Level Account Manager Will Be Working on
- Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns to boost product sales and revenue
- Create marketing collateral, such as datasheets and sales presentations, for new product launches and ongoing sales efforts
- Help implement marketing strategies to enhance product adoption and cross-selling
- Generate and update content for external websites, including product information and customer success stories
- Assist in the design and execution of customer loyalty and referral programs
- Work with product, IT, and customer service teams to align on product strategy and ensure smooth execution
- Contribute to competitive analysis and market research to understand trends, opportunities, and potential risks
