DISHER is currently partnering with a next-generation lithium-ion battery company headquartered in Indianapolis, IN—to find a skilled Process Technician. What you will get to do :

• Set up, clean, and maintain production equipment for processes like mixing, coating, calendaring, slitting, punching, and assembly
• Work alongside engineers to meet daily and weekly production goals
• Provide guidance and training to Production Associates on proper equipment use
• Perform minor mechanical repairs and assist with basic electrical / control system tasks
• Record and monitor key quality and process measurements
• Maintain accurate inventory of tools, supplies, and materials
• Follow customer-driven product specs and quality standards
• Keep clear documentation of production output and activity
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Support continuous improvement and contribute to a culture of safety
