Senior Board Certified Behavior Analyst (Senior BCBA) – Durham, NC

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior BCBA to join our Durham, NC clinic. This leadership role blends clinical expertise, mentorship, and program development in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.
Position Highlights
- Schedule : Full-time, clinic-based (Monday–Friday, flexible hours available)
- Reports To : Clinical Director
- Compensation : $110,000 – $130,000 annually (base + production bonus potential)
- Licensure : Active BCBA certification and NC LBA (or willingness to obtain)
What You’ll Do
Clinical Supervision & Quality
Provide caregiver training and lead care coordination with families.Deliver direct therapy and ensure supervision best practices.Review data and session notes for accuracy and clinical integrity.Ensure timely completion of assessments, treatment plans, and documentation.Monitor billable utilization for self and supervisees.Leadership & Team Development
Supervise BCBAs, RBTs, and ABA graduate students.Provide BACB-approved fieldwork supervision and mentorship.Conduct regular check-ins with behavior technicians and clinical teams.Lead internal trainings and contribute to team skill development.Collaborate across clinics to uphold service and quality standards.Program Development & Process Improvement
Contribute to clinic policies, procedures, and program evaluation.Create and deliver training programs using evidence-based methods.Participate in quality assurance initiatives and organizational meetings.Pursue continuing education and professional growth opportunities.What We’re Looking For
Active BCBA certification in good standing (LBA-NC or eligibility required)Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related fieldMinimum 3 years of post-certification BCBA experienceDemonstrated leadership and mentorship abilitiesStrong communication, organization, and data analysis skillsCommitment to ethical standards, HIPAA compliance, and cultural competenceWhy You’ll Love Working Here
