Hospital Details :

Clinic Bed Size : 200

Trauma Level : NONE

Reason for Coverage : New study underway, needing support

Dates & Required Availability :   Immediate start NLT end of Sept Start preferred.

Shift & Call Details : Hourly / Daily 8a-5p M-F

Evening on Call is also split out M-F, phone consults only

Call is 1 : 3, phone consults only. Currently split with 2 MD & NP will add our provider into rotation

Credentialing Timeframe :   2 weeks but can try for sooner

Job Details :

Setting :   Clinical Trials Phase 1, dosing 1-2x / month (typical study in Onc, NeuroScience, Rare Disease, etc)

Patient Volume : TBD at time of interview

Required Procedures : EKG & Labs interpretation

APP Support / Supervision : NP and other MD

EMR : Clinspark

Client Requirements : Must be BC. CRO / PI is highly preferred due to training to get acclimated to this situation in processes, documentation, etc

Travel Accommodations : prefer someone driving distance and will need an inclusive rate if having to travel there. Can discuss relocation reimbursement

Additional Details : Pay Rate :

Bill Rate : Must be inclusive, looking to target $200 but

Name Clear Process : Not needed.

Sub Process : Submit to Monique for quick turnaround and schedule PIV and possible site visit
