Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager located in Fort Lauderdale, FL, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, creating strategic plans, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the manager will collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in business development, client relationship management, and strategic planning
• Proven ability in identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in the construction or design-build industry is highly preferred
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with internal teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
