Jobsite Superintendent - (Construction-Manufactured Homes)

Overview

Jobsite Superintendent - (Construction-Manufactured Homes) at Champion Homes. The CCS Superintendent assists the Project Manager in the execution of projects to achieve on-time completion with exceptional quality and within budget. Travel throughout the region to oversee various job sites in the Southern NJ Region.

Responsibilities

• Take direction from the Project Manager for the execution of daily tasks.
• Assist in managing the flow of materials from suppliers and within the job site. Ensure materials arrive on time, are of the proper type and quantity, and are staged in their proper location.
• Assist in directing subcontractors in their daily work and maintaining a look-ahead schedule.
• Review and inspect the quality of work from Champion's factories and subcontractors.
• Create punch lists and coordinate their completion / resolution with subcontractors.
• Assist in coordinating and resolving warranty work from Champion's factory and subcontractors.
• May perform minor warranty work; must be experienced in manufactured home production / repair.
• Assist in maintaining job site work logs, including daily reports, look-ahead schedules, and safety documentation.
• Perform safety inspections in accordance with Champion's safety plan.
• Assist with or perform routine toolbox talks with all job site trades.
• Travel throughout the region to oversee various job sites.
• Perform other duties as deemed necessary by the Project Manager.
