What You’ll Do As an Event Customer Service Representative , you’ll be the friendly, professional face of our nonprofit and brand campaigns.
You’ll engage with the public, deliver excellent customer experiences, and help build awareness for impactful causes.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Representing nonprofit organizations and mission-driven brands at live events, pop-ups, and community activations Greeting attendees, answering questions, and providing positive, informative interactions Assisting with event setup, logistics, registration, and promotional materials Collaborating with event and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution Collecting and tracking customer feedback to improve campaign results Troubleshooting on-site challenges with professionalism and problem-solving skills Maintaining a positive, energetic attitude that reflects the mission of the organizations you represent What We Offer We believe great work deserves great opportunities.
