Weekdays Only | No Nights, Weekends, or Holidays
About the Role
We are hiring a Pharmacy Manager to oversee operations at a community-based pharmacy located within a Federally Qualified Health Center in either Kokomo or Marion, IN . This is a full-time leadership role with steady daytime hours and no weekend or holiday commitments. The selected candidate will choose their preferred location upon hiring.
Work Schedule
MondayThursday : 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM
Friday : 8 : 00 AM 4 : 00 PM
Lunch Break : 12 : 00 PM 1 : 00 PM daily
No on-call, weekend, or holiday shifts required
Position Responsibilities
As Pharmacy Manager, you will oversee day-to-day pharmacy operations while working closely with clinical teams and executive leadership. Responsibilities include :
Managing staffing, scheduling, hiring, training, and performance oversight
Verifying and approving prescription orders and consulting with providers as needed
Ensuring accurate inventory control, storage, and compliance for all medications and controlled substances
Maintaining up-to-date records for inventory, billing, insurance claims, and regulatory logs
Ensuring pharmacy appearance, workflow, and service standards are consistently met
Supporting telepharmacy services and assisting in launching new pharmacy locations when applicable
Collaborating with leadership to identify operational improvements and support strategic goals
Qualifications
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited program
Licensed Pharmacist in Indiana (current and in good standing)
Certified Immunizer
3+ years of pharmacy leadership experience strongly preferred
Previous experience in a community health center or with a 340B drug program is a plus
