Bilingual Recruiter

Job Details :

• Position : Full-Time Recruiter bilingual ( English / Spanish)
• Location : Kennesaw, GA 30144 (near McCullum airport)
• Work days : Monday thru Friday
• Work hours : 8 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm

Position Summary :

Under direct supervision of the Recruiting Manager, the position is responsible for (1) sourcing and establishing a worker pipeline; qualifying, pre-screening, and referring qualified workers for short and long-term projects, and (2) recruiting and pre-screening qualified candidates for open positions within the company while ensuring employee recruitment and hiring reflects quality and diversity of the marketplace.
