We are seeking a motivated 2nd Shift Shipping Associate to join our team at our Sandshell Drive Distribution Center in Fort Worth, TX. This is a full-time, second-shift position (2 : 30 PM – 11 : 00 PM) supporting our dynamic and fast-paced operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Audit small parcel and LTL orders for accuracy and correct errors as they are discovered
• Pack customer orders effectively to provide safe handling by carriers
• Pack customer orders, both physically and systematically, to ensure carton level detail
• Ships small parcel & LTL orders using appropriate shipping software (Softeon or Recon Logistics)
• Prints appropriate shipping documentation for packages and affixes to outgoing cartons
• Assists in loading outgoing shipments by hand or by forklift
• Works closely with the customer service team to resolve order related issues
• Picks customer orders as needed by accurately obtaining merchandise from bins or shelves
• Operates any material handling equipment safely and efficiently as required
• Helps maintain area cleanliness, safety, security, and organization of the distribution center
• Assists in managing and distributing customer orders to appropriate order pullers
