Assembly Technician

As a key part of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling high-quality products that meet our rigorous standards, ensuring efficiency and precision in every step of the process. Compensation : $22-$24 / hour

Location : Stafford VA 22554

Schedule : Mon-Fri, 8AM-5 : 00PM

Responsibilities

• Assemble electro-mechanical components and subassemblies according to blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Perform electrical wiring, and testing of products to ensure functionality and quality.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and automated equipment to complete assembly tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Inspect components and finished assemblies for defects or irregularities, ensuring adherence to quality control standards.
• Collaborate with engineers and team members to resolve assembly issues and improve processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following safety protocols and company guidelines.
• Assist with troubleshooting and repairing malfunctioning units as needed.
• Document assembly procedures, modifications, and quality checks for traceability.
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new technologies and techniques.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support team goals for production targets.
