Job Summary :
As a Engineering Manufacturing Technician, you will play a critical role in supporting engineers to optimize manufacturing processes and equipment. This role combines hands-on technical work with process testing and data collection, ensuring efficient production and consistent high-quality output.
Key Responsibilities :
Assist engineers in developing and implementing manufacturing processes and procedures.
Set up and operate manufacturing machinery according to safety and quality standards.
Conduct tests to evaluate processes, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.
Monitor production and perform corrective actions to maintain productivity and quality.
Collect and analyze operational data, providing feedback to engineering teams.
Assemble and test prototypes and pilot runs, documenting observations.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
Required Experience :
Associate degree or technical certificate in Manufacturing Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in manufacturing or related field.
Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on skills.
Ability to follow detailed instructions and work effectively in a team.
Commitment to safety and quality.
Nice-to-Have Experience :
Internship or co-op experience in manufacturing or engineering.
Familiarity with CAD software and engineering drawings.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement.
Experience with equipment operation and maintenance.
Certifications in relevant manufacturing processes or technologies.
