We are seeking an experienced and mission-focused professional to join our team as an Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW) Analyst .

Responsibilities include, but not limited to :

• Design test and data collection plans for Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW) exercises
• Serve as lead observer and coordinator aboard exercise units, overseeing observation and data collection efforts in support of exercise reconstruction
• Develop and release exercise messages in accordance with operational requirements
• Reconstruct exercise events to support detailed analysis
• Analyze exercise results in alignment with the established Analysis Plan
• Serve as primary author for analytical reports, including Reconstruction and Analysis, Cross or Focused Studies, and Annual Reports
• Support the process of obtaining clearances necessary to install equipment aboard U.S. Navy ships and aircraft
