Qualified candidates will have at least a bachelor's degree, experience in an early childhood educational environment, and a strong knowledge of child development. Ideal candidates will have an understanding of progressive education. The ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing and establish and maintain effective working relationships with students, staff, parents, and the public is essential.
