Litigation Paralegal – RAK Law
RAK Law is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to join our growing team. This is a full-time position (Monday–Friday, 9 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM) that is primarily remote, with required in-office presence twice per month .

Key Responsibilities
- Draft, file, and manage motions, answers, and responses
- Prepare case-specific documents, including memoranda and briefs
- Respond to discovery requests (Interrogatories, Requests for Production, etc.)
- Conduct legal research and case investigations
- Organize and maintain case files, ensuring court-ordered deadlines are met
- Draft correspondence, invoices, receipts, spreadsheets, and other reports as needed
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and court personnel
- Provide trial support, including attending court sessions and recording case information
Qualifications
Candidates must meet one of the following requirements :
Certified Paralegal (CP) through the National Association of Legal AssistantsCertificate or degree in Paralegal Studies from an accredited institutionFlorida Registered Paralegal (FRP) with the Florida BarMinimum of 3 years’ litigation paralegal experienceAdditional Requirements :
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and case management softwareExperience with Lexis and strong legal research skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsKnowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and the Florida court systemStrong organizational skills with experience in document managementAbility to multitask and work well under pressureBenefits & Perks
