The Senior Director, Scientific Affairs, Medical Information Scientific Engagement (MISE) is responsible for the strategy, innovation, operations, management and continuous optimization of the scientific engagement strategies across the JJIM portfolio of products. The Senior Director provides leadership and oversight to the overall MISE group, including :
This is a critical role within Scientific Affairs and is a customer and compliance focused position assuring continuous business processes and uninterrupted provision of Med Info engagement services across all channels and related modes of contact to JJIM, while assuring all product events are efficiently managed, service levels maintained and customer experience is optimized.
Responsible for the development of all employees within the department by supporting the development of Human Resources Planning (HRP) programs including management development and training to meet current and future business needs. The anticipated base pay range for this position is : The expected base pay range for this position is $193,000 to $333,500. Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees and / or eligible dependents are eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs : medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). This position is eligible to participate in the Company's long-term incentive program.
