RoofMarketplace is a technology platform that connects insurance carriers, homeowners, and vetted roofing contractors to streamline the roof replacement process.

We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative focused on converting roofing bids into active projects. In this role, you will call homeowners once their roofing bids are ready, educate them on their options, and guide them toward selecting one of our vetted contractors..

This is a consultative sales position that requires strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to build trust quickly with homeowners who may be making one of the largest investments in their property.

Your job will be to help homeowners make confident, informed decisions about their roof replacement which directly drives company revenue and improves the experience for all stakeholders : homeowners, roofing contractors, and insurance adjusters.

Because this is a new role, you’ll also play a part in shaping how we do this at scale — testing approaches, refining scripts, and building out the process alongside leadership.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES

• Engage homeowners proactively once bids are shared, build trust quickly, and guide them toward RMPcontractor selection.
• Influence decisions by educating homeowners on their options and helping them feel confident moving forward.
• Identify friction points in the homeowner journey and partner with service delivery, marketing, and product to solve them.
• Test and refine approaches; experiment with talk tracks, email follow-ups, and timing to improve conversion rates.
• Capture and share insights with leadership to shape future scripts, process flows, and tools.
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation to ensure visibility across teams and support smooth handoffs.
• Meet and exceed revenue and conversion targets, with a focus on continuously improving overall fulfillment performance.
