We are looking for a dedicated Staff Accountant to join our team in Marlborough, Massachusetts. Responsibilities :

• Perform general ledger account reconciliations and prepare journal entries to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes, including preparing reports and supporting audits.
• Oversee inventory reviews to ensure accuracy and manage project costing to maintain financial consistency.
• Handle tasks related to fixed assets, such as depreciation schedules, and provide backup support for accounts payable.
• Conduct price and quote reviews to ensure financial accuracy and reliability.
• Maintain strict confidentiality while working with sensitive financial information.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies related to financial operations.
