Your night in this role

  • Run and oversee extrusion, injection, or blow-molding machines and related equipment.
  • Dial in critical parameters—heat settings, water cooling temperatures, and hydraulic pressures—to maintain quality and throughput.
  • Perform basic preventive maintenance and keep machines production-ready.
  • Inspect finished goods for quality and consistency.
  • Participate in ongoing training to expand your technical skills.

    • Schedule

    Nights : 6 : 45 pm – 7 : 15 am

  • Standard rotating schedule of 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off
  • 2 long-weekends per month
  • Full time is 15 working days per month

    • Compensation

    Earn $22 per hour

  • $21 per hour
  • $1.00 more per hour for night shift

    • What you bring

  • Ability to work a 12 hour shift on our 3-2-2-3 regular schedule cycle with every other weekend off.
  • Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a high-volume production environment.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience operating manufacturing machines & equipment.
  • Basic hydraulics, pneumatics & electrical knowledge.
  • Strong problem-solving and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.
