Position will be involved in hiring an extremely broad range of employees (construction, skilled trades, marketing, digital marketing, unskilled labor, licensed realtors, financial sales professionals, business development, accounting),

Providing human resources direction, advice, and counsel

Guides management and employee actions by developing HR guidelines.

Lead the company's compliance with all existing governmental and labor legal requirements.

Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need - Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.

Post openings advertisements, with professional organizations, and in other appropriate venues - Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.

Research and compile competitive salary analysis, manage, and coordinate the hiring of temporary / contract staff, coordinate recruiting initiatives.

Requirements / Questions

Do you have current experience in an HR leadership role?

Have you conducted sound interviewing and evaluations techniques in your previous or current role?
