Remote Appointment Coordinator

This remote role is responsible for ensuring that all appointment calls are answered promptly and handled with courtesy and professionalism, representing our IL clinics. Additionally, it involves managing patient registrations with attention to detail, ensuring that all information is accurately recorded and processed in a timely manner. The individual in this role must maintain effective communication with patients, schedule appointments efficiently, and address any patient inquiries or concerns. The role also requires collaborating with other PT Solutions staff to ensure smooth operations and contribute to a positive patient experience.

Essential Functions

• Exudes positive, helpful attitude to patients, personnel and clinicians.
• Handles phone queues throughout the day to ensure optimal coverage.
• Maintains the strictest confidentiality in all aspects of work, including patient and personnel.
• Responsible for answering incoming calls from healthcare providers and patients promptly, while ensuring a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette.
• Uses appropriate judgment and decision-making in the appointment process.
• Other duties to assist other employees in the execution of their duties in order to ensure no disruption in service or patient flow.
