Better Home Care is seeking a Bilingual Scheduling Coordinator fluent in Russian and English to join our main office in Feasterville-Trevose, PA .

What You’ll Do :

  • Coordinate schedules for HHA, CNA, and LPN staff Serve as the primary point of contact for caregivers and clients Ensure continuity and quality of care through consistent scheduling Represent Better Home Care’s values of compassion, integrity, and legendary service What We Offer : Competitive Pay : $20.00 - $25.00 / hr (based on experience) Benefits Package : Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO Supportive Culture : Energetic, inclusive, and team-oriented Career Growth : We invest in your personal and professional development What You’ll Need : Fluency in Russian and English (Required) Strong customer service and multitasking skills Prior healthcare / home health scheduling experience (preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills Schedule : Full-time Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts On-call rotation Ready to Make an Impact?
